950XL weird notification after gestured beta?

I have reset my 950XL a few times in the last 2 weeks and every time a couple days go by and I get a notification from "Gestures beta". After that I see a weird listing on the top of the notifications screen in settings. See the attached picture.
Is there anyway to fix or remove this?
