Device – Lumia 650
Problem – suddenly, the Wifi connection of Lumia 650 refuse to see the internet, but remains connected to the router.
Meantime, other devices (2 laptops, tablet) remain connected without problems.
Please note that the problem occurred on 2 Lumia 650 phones, in the same time.
The environment:
Both Lumia 650 use Win 10 Mobile, with all the updates.
What I did (without any result):
- Restart router – nothing (anyhow, other devices had no the problem)
- Restart the phones
- Bluetooth off
- Delete network and re-discover, asking again the password
My solution:
-reconfigure the network from the router
-Login in the router as administrator
-Change the name and the password of the Wi-Fi network
-Connect to the new network all the devices
I’m looking for the causes. I suspect that, somehow, Lumia decided that the network became unsecure. All comments are welcome.
