Another frustrated user facing error 801881d0

I'm really disappointed with Microsoft mobile.

I have a Lumia 640 and I really like it, but recently I'm having lots of trouble with it.

It was ok with Windows Phone 10, but suddenly it crashed for no reason (any time I've tried to turn it on, the Microsoft logo flashed and then the phone turned off), then I used the Windows Device Recovery Tool and downgraded it to Windows Phone 8.1 and I can't update it again to Windows Phone 10.

I've tried to update via some Microsoft apps (Windows Insider, Upgrade Advisor) but it was useless; I keep facing the same problem again and again.

I've read some articles on forums about other users and that same mistake, and tried everything:
- Checked and reset my router,
- Set time and date correctly
- Connected to a very good wifi
- Soft rest my phone
- Hard reset my phone
- Run Windows Device Recovery Tool again

I'm really frustrated and disappointed with Microsoft's mobile system and with it's troubleshooting; I'm really close to give up on my phone and move to another operational system.
