Deleting Emails from AOL inbox via Outlook app.

Currently stumped on how to get something to work, or if it's even possible.

Basically what I want to do is be able to manage/delete my AOL emails from my phone and have them actually be delted. As it is now, they will stay on the AOL servers or whatnot and appear when I open the web interface.

I'm slowly working on getting my main email account switched over to an Outlook, but I've still got a few important accounts set up that use my old AOL account. As such, I've got to manage it and their web interface is simply terrible.

Is there a setting or something that I'm missing to allow this to happen? Please help.

Perhaps have Outlook pull all your AOL email into outlook and then treat that as the main copy. That then works great. As emails come in and are sent to AOL, update those senders until all is just using the new outlook address.

How would that be accomplished? Not seeing any obvious settings to do that.

Have the data go into your Inbox instead of folders.
