Lumia 950 problem with subtitles

Hi guys,i have big problem with my Lumia950 for few months ,i think its because of some updates for WP10. i need subtitles when i am watching movies and series but few months when i go in Internet Edge to watch something i can't see subtitles,i tried everything and nothing good happened,same problem-without subtitles... I tried to reinstall phone and guess what,subtitles working,but only few days and then again subtitles goes to invisible mode. This is why i think thats something wrong with updates but i cant downgrade phone and dont want to do than.. I don't know what else to try...
