Has anyone had Contact Picture shows up on a Spam Call?

I was outside pressure washing my deck, I hear my 950XL ring, when I get a chance to check I go inside to see who called. I access MS phone app to check on the caller...the avatar shows my biggest customer, so I go upstairs and turn on the computer, put my BT headset on and then hit redial on my 950XL. I get a recording "goodbye", thinking I hit the wrong number on the history page (I have been getting tons of robo and spam calls), I make sure that I hit the number next to my customer's avatar...again "goodbye" WTF!!!! I look closer at the number, it's the wrong area code...I look in my customer's contact info to see if that number is associated with him in any way, HELL NO! WTF! anyone know what might have caused this? Thank you.
