Time zone drop down box is empty.

Time zone drop down box in my Windows 10 Mobile version 1607 is empty.

I am on version 1607,
OS build 10.0.14393.2485



How to bring them back? Is there any regedit for it?

This issue has been resolved in the latest update to Anniversary Update(1607) of Windows 10 Mobile 10.0.14393.2551.
