Integrated Platform bw Android, Microsoft, IOS and Linux for basic mobile purposes

There should be a integrated platform build between Android, Microsoft and IOS for Phone to Sync basic things as Messages and Phone Log on a Single Device for Dual Boot Purpose.

For eg: Message received while booted from Android must sync automatically by this platform when you boot next time on Windows OS on the Same Device.

It would be great for consumers to have the ability to move data between platforms. Unfortunately, the companies that make these products have no interest in offering interoperability between platforms. They really want vertical integration...iPhone users should be using MacBooks, Android users should have a Chrome laptop, etc.

Interesting, but the dual-boot concept isn't particularly practical for the vast majority of people. It would be a lot of work for not much benefit.
