I won't change anything, I can wait for Cortana to be released here in the UK. It will probably still be in Beta in the US when WP8.1 is released anyway. The Action Centre is more important to me.

I can wait until it's officially released over here. I'm happy to wait to see what, if any, Cortana features are already on the phone and go from there. It's not that important to me to change my region.

I'll change whatever needs to be changed for it to work after the update. Right now I have Search set to US for the better Bing.

Nope, just tried all suggestions on an 8S and 1020... Maybe Microsoft actually outsmarted us...

Though the speed increase is great. It's that fast I can no longer keep up with my phone. And the new swipe keyboard is really good as well.
