Cortana On Lumia 1020 Can't Detect The Voice (Only Headphone)

I'm just curious, is it problem with my phone (L1020) or what. I have Cortana on my phone, but I can't talk to her directly from the microphone. The only way is by using earphone/headphone or using text. (alredy updated to Cyan). Please clear me on this, thanks.

Alright, can you record things using OneNote? Or, can other people hear you during calls? It may be a problem with the hardware

There's no problem during call. People can hear me. I found that the mic misfunction while recording. While using Wechat or Whatsapp (voice message), it records nothing. No sound at all. But no problem for call
