something like nextbit baton for windows 10

Nextbit has come out with something that will definitely be the next big thing.

Named as Baton , it seems to be a much better implementation than what apple has done..
As Microsoft controls the entire Windows OS, this should be relatively easy for them to implement unlike NextBit where they will not be able to integrate it with Android directly..

I've already given this as an idea in the UserVoice for windows phone and windows

would be glad to hear some other opinions on this

nice one, i hadn't heard of baton before, looks very slick and quite able in the sense that it works without devs needing to adjust their app

of course MS already has that thing where you can browse tabs from your windows phone that are on your windows 8+ tablet and vice versa, something i do actually use here, but a better implementation as you allude to would be excellent!

yup this is a huge thing if implemented properly.. wanted to paste links but since this is my 4th post, im unable to do so.... hopefully others will upvote or provide their feedback at the uservoice site
