Issues with asking Cortana to call

When asking cortana to call "Brian Smith on Speakerphone" she parses it correctly, but instantly goes to who would you like to call screen it works on this screen, but this will happen often enough for it to be annoying.

I thought that it was just me, but my friend on AT&T with the 925 has run into the same issue (I'm on Verizon Icon) (Both running DP)

Is this a bug with the Cortana?

I've not had any problems using Cortana to make calls. Maybe it goes to that screen because the person you are trying to call had multiple phone numbers? That happens to me when I don't specify whether to call mobile, home, our office. Just a thought.

I'll try doing that tonight, Ill report back when i get the results.
