On the Nokia BH-112U Bluetooth headset, how well does Cortana work?

Nokia BH-112U bluetooth headset & Cortana

I'm interested in this headset and I want to know if it works with Cortana and how well. Are there any limitations on what one can ask? What's the experience overall?
A tiny review would be really appreciated.

I have a Sony DR BTN200 they aren't Nokia but they work really good with my phone the only con I've found is that WhatsApp keeps sending voice messages over my phone's speaker and not over my headphones but I think that it's an app problem ..
