cortana traffic alerts (When to Leave)

Cortana stopped notifying me when to leave from work and events. I checked the settings and they are all set.
Anybody having the same problems?

This happens to me occasionally, and it happens when my favorite places disappear from either Cortana's notebook or in Maps > favorite places. It appears to be a synchronization bug. Simply restarting your phone will solve the problem.

I checked the Favorites places are there

also make sure its actually turned on in the interests.

I was poking around Cortana a couple days ago and found the toggle for that exact feature was off.

I don't remember ever turning it on, off, or even seeing that post.

I did and happened again after one month
