You can get Cortana to speak in English accent or American accent by going in to cortana's setting for speech and NOT phone settings language. Hope that helps

Good find, just checked on my ATIV S and you're right.

Did that, but then Cortana just turned into the pre-Cortana search. Also received the message: Sorry, I don't speak your language yet.

Change to language from English UK to English US.

Yeah im getting the same just wondering if I have to be on pfd (maybe its not added to stock yet)

Can confirm that being on pfd has no affect at all

Just tried it, yes you can select Speech, however it still needs English (US) for both Speech and Display to work. You can't have English (UK) display and English (US) speech.

So I need to have language and speech changed to US or am I missing something
