Can't scroll by holding middle mouse and moving mouse in IE

Does it cause a view of all open apps to come up? That was happening to me before.

If your mouse is a Microsoft mouse, go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Mouse -> Mouse and Keyboard Center tab and click on "Click here to change Microsoft mouse settings." From there you can set your wheel button to "Middle-click" to make it behave as normal.

If that's not the problem, then I'm not sure.

Had the same issue with my Logitech G5 mouse. Installed the windows 8 setpoint from Logitech's website and was able to get it working again.
