Complete Windows 10 Concept

I did not design this concept, but I like parts of what the designer implemented so I figureud I'd post the design & UserVoice link he for further feedback, votes, etc. I personally applying a "blur" effect to the transparency keeps the start menu/screen from looking to "busy" when you have a image with a lot going on set as your background.
