Start Command Prompt (cmd) with admin rights in safe mode -,Windows 10

Hi,

Does anyone knows, how to start the cmd with admin rights, in safe mode?

I tried:
1. Win + R
2. runas /user:administrator cmd
3. And my Password

But when I press ENTER, the cmd shows an error, which can't be read because after that the box closes immediately.

Does somebody have a solution or an other way for doing this.
