Windows 10 Build 10041 stuck in loop?

Okay so I have had the windows 10 preview for a while and I decided to rollback since many of my programs aren't functioning. When going through the blue screen to system restore i clicked troubleshoot and then windows rollback. Now the computer was stuck on a blank screen for while and I turned it off and turned it back on. Now the computer boots up the the HP loading wheel and then to a black screen with the build number in the bottom right. I created a recovery drive on a USB and plugged it in and turned the computer off and on but no luck. I am somewhat of a computer expert and I should have known better than to download windows 10 without really considering the consequences. This is not my.daily deiver but any help would be much appreciated!
