When viewing videos in Microsoft Edge or the built-in video application, videos are played at 2x speed. Using IE11 or WMP videos play fine.

The issue seems to have sorted itself out while testing different sites.

I had the same issue today! No matter what I played in any browser or program it was 2x speed. The only thing that played normally was an MKV file using WMP. After opening that video file, everything started playing at normal speed again.
