Install Screen Stuck On Copying Files

First time running into issues with my SP3. Was able to download the latest build without any issues. Restarted and the overall install is 18% (blue ring has disappeared) and the Copying Files step is stuck on 63%. Been like that for 15-20 minutes or so.
Should I wait it out or try to shut my Surface off?

I'm getting this problem on a regular desktop PC, as well. Exact same spot; 18% while copying files at 63%.

Same here. Desktop PC, sitting at 18% total, 62% copying files. Not sure what to do from here.

Looks like they are working on a fix on that Microsoft Answers Page. However, looks like it is a pretty common issue.
Microsoft's recommendation of deleting the temporary files and the old OS files had no effect for me. Will just have to wait it out.

Yeah. I did a disk clean up removing previous OS versions, restore points.. everything. No go. Unplugged/uninstalled all peripherals. No go.

Three times now, so yeah. Definitely something up.

Edit: Did a clean install of 10074, then went through Windows update to 10122. Updated fine. Pain in the arse doing a fresh reinstall, but I've got the new build at least.
