Windows Notification Sound is Awfully Familiar

Listen to the "Windows Notification" sound (Windows Notify System Generic) by going to Settings -> Personalize -> Themes -> Advanced Sound Settings, then listen to the startup sound of the Newton eMate 300 (at 0:20):

If I think hard enough though, I can think of a link to that of the 20th Anniversary Mac, although you know, not really.
