Windows 10 preview, how do I stop my data from being used in the background?

even if I turn off my data connection the data is been used in background....

Are you using the preview on a phone or on a PC?

For phone? You shouldn't get it yet.

For PC? The same story here. Although it'll be released for public use sooner than the phone version.
