I think you'll need more details than that since its a family, maybe providing the specific computer model would help.

Well, I have a ThinkPad T400, and its graphics also show up as that. I can assure you that it WILL work. The question is HOW WELL?

For basic functionality, you'll probably be fine.
You may have to make do with hacked (to get around the soft OS block) drivers for fancier things. (I think eightforums might be hosting some)

I have Lenovo Thinkpad X200 tablet, which also has a Mobile Intel 4 Series graphics card. Windows 10 works in a normal mode, but it will crash and restart when my dual monitors are turned off after no-activity for a while. Anyone has a better driver for the 4 series? Thanks.
