[Help] SP3 W10 Build 10130 - OneNote keeps opening the keyboard everytime I use the eraser.

It's like opening the keyboard but it's all messed up. I've done clean installs to and it still does it.

It was actually happening in the build before this one but I wanted to see if it would go away but it didn't. It happens even if I don't use my pen button and just use the tool from OneNote.

Is the button stuck at all? Double clicking it by default opens OneNote, at least it should...
