Why am I not getting the Windows 10 upgrade icon?

I have a HP stream 13", 2Ghz, 2Gb of RAM, and a SSD 4Gb of free space (can't free more space since I'ts only 20Gb before OS.
Is It because the free space? or the Stream is never getting the update?

The get windows x app runs a compatibility checker at the beginning of its process. In your case I believe it is the lack of storage that is causing the checker to fail. I HAVE heard of people installing windows 10 on the stream but they had to download the installation to removable media and clear out any non essentials from the drive in order to do it.

I'm, not seeing it even on my pc's running the W10 Technical Preview! I will keep an eye on this to head off any possible product key issues, notwithstanding the upgrade is to be free. But it's not as if its going to be out of stock and unavailable if I don't reserve.
