Can I get some help with a Windows 10 100136 installation problem?

windows 10 100136 installation problem

frnds....i am using lumia 530...i downloaded the 100136 build through insider app.after showing the gear symbol my phone become ON and shows installation failed due to sd card problem..the error code is801882c1

This error is the result of the fact that we don't yet have updates-over-SD-cards implemented in Windows 10 for phones.

The phone will prioritize using the SD card if it doesn't have enough on-device storage space. But, of course, will fail installing the update due to the OS not yet supporting updates-over-SD-cards.

So, what can you do?

Let's try this: pull the SD card out. Have the phone check for updates again (this time it'll download to internal memory), take the update, and then stick the SD card back in.
