Any manual way to download/reserve windows 10?

I am running Windows 8.1 Pro x64, but I do not have a way to reserve a copy of Windows 10 because KB3035583 is not showing up in my updates no matter how many times I try to scan for new ones. Is there any way that I can manually install the update or another way to reserve a copy of windows 10?

Are you sure it's not already installed?

If it is, there are things that might prevent it from popping up - most likely a compatibility issue or Windows version.
