Hyper-V and RSAT Windows 10 Ent Build 10162

[Windows Central Question]

I am having issues finding RSAT for this Windows 10 build and I also cannot get Hyper-V to connect to any of our Hyper-V servers in our organization.

Yeah, I'm thinking that won't be ironed out before an RC version comes out. Hell, I'm still getting display driver issues after my laptop comes out of sleep - for the last three builds.

I'd imagine rsat is a little under msft's radar at this point as well.

Hyper-V console working for me, but lack of RSAT is getting on my nerves.

One of my pet peeves, RSAT is a built-in feature on server, but stripped out and made as a separate download on client. Seems intentionally complicated, just build it in.

Hello,

we currently have the majority of our Hyper-V server hosts on Server 2008r2 and only 1 test environment on Server 2012r2

I have no issues connecting the Hyper-V console to the 2012 host but it throws the other errors when trying to connect to the 2008r2 hosts.

Been that way since Server 2012 was released. The two versions of Hyper-V console can't talk to the other version of server. Try 5nine to manage 2008 from newer Windows.
