How can I get past the Cortana splash screen in 10149?

Can't get past Cortana splash screen in 10149

I try to start Cortana and it shows a splash screen that says it needs some info. Unfortunately where it looks like I need to interact with the screen is behind where you input data and I can't progress past this. If I try to do a search I can get results, but when I use the hamburger menu to change Cortana settings I get thrown back to the splash screen. Thoughts, suggestions?

I noticed the same thing in 10149.
