    You get a list of articles, you scroll, you click on a link to read more, a web page opens, you are done reading and you want to continue checking the list of articles, but you click on Cortana and it is at the top of the list again. It is impossible to use this in any useful manner. Even if it remembered the position in the list of articles I think it would be awkward to click Cortana all the time to go through articles.
    I think Cortana should expand to the left as a whole column and the articles should load on the right. Cortana should stay opened.

    The problem lies with w10.. On 8.1 I could simply hit the back button and go back to cortana after reading an article, but since w10 I haven't been able to do that
