No Windows 10 for 4GB Devices

I'm kind of amazed that we're up to build 10166 on mobile and the preview still doesn't support ANY 4GB Windows Handsets.
There simply isn't enough storage available on the handsets to facilitate an upgrade. Installing any Windows 10 Insider Build on any of these handsets will soft-brick your device and you will have to reset it using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool.

This issue affects the following Windows Handsets:

• Alcatel One Touch Pixi 3 Series Hanndsets (Windows Models)
• Nokia Lumia 530
• HTC 8S
• Blu Win JR
• A large number of other budget handsets from OEMs (predominantly handsets based on the reference designs)

Unless Microsoft has allows provision for installing the update from an SD Card or through a PC utility I cannot see Windows 10 Mobile launching for 4GB Handsets.

Wow I forgot about this, and I thought it would be fixed by now. Didn't the Alcatel just come out?

Sadly we're on build 10512 now and still no update on the 4GB devices.
I'm holding out that W10 Mobile Insider Preview will come to the 530.
