Windows 10 (and a few essential apps) on SSD, rest on HDD

So I'm currently running Win8.1 on a 1TB HDD, and I have a built-in 32GB SSD in my laptop. I would like to install Win10 and a few other apps on the SSD, and keep all of my documents/non-essential apps on my HDD. Are there any hurdles I will have to jump to get this to work? (Essential apps = Chrome, Zune, Groove Music, Photoshop CS6, OneDrive, Xbox, MS Edge [though I assume Edge is part of the OS install]). I assume that W10 is going to be around 16GB, and all of these apps should be able to fit on the drive along with it, as I don't really plan on loading any others aside from FL Studio 12 and Office if I have space.

I don't think there will be any major hurdles, I can't really think of any small ones other than having to make a shortcut yourself and changing the install directory.
