I have been having this problem for awhile now - definitely in the 10162 and it seems to be worse in 10240. The problem is random, but once it starts it can go for ages, basically if I open an app, start a new email in outlook or receive an alert popup dialog, they appear behind the other apps and I have to go searching for them, or in the case of the dialog, sometimes have to close the app with taskmanager.
I lost a sale of our software the other day because the demo kept opening dialog boxes behind the app and I wasn't able to click it back, I told the client it was because it was running on Windows 10, but that didn't seem to matter.
This issue was not present under Windows 8/8.1 and only began after Windows 10 was installed, so it has to be related.
I have installed the latest drivers for the video card, but other than that, I am unsure what I can do. Hopefully I am not the only one experiencing this?
