How can I use Dual Shock 4 controller to work on my Windows Phone 10?

Using Dual Shock 4 on Windows Phone 10

Hey everyone. So I have a PS4 as well as an HTC One M8 (windows) and was trying to see if I could get my DualShock4 controller to work with my phone. Really aiming to use it to play GTA: San Andreas. So far I've been able to connect the controller via bluetooth, and my phone recognizes it as a "controller", but that's where it ends.

I've had success using it on my surface pro 3 with a program called input mapper, but as far as I've seen, there is nothing similar on WP

Also tried to connect a DS4 pad to my Lumia 640 XL (8.1 Update 2). Connected, but does nothing. Haven't tried on a W10M yet.
