Why won't my Windows 10 Store on Build 10240 for desktop/tablet load anymore?

Windows 10 Store on Build 10240 for desktop/tablet doesn't load anymore

Saturday when I launched the store it said an update was needed and looked like it was trying to download. Then the window just went away. I launched it again and all I get is the blue store window with the rotating dots. After about 15 to 20 minutes in this state the window just disappears again. The same thing is happening in windows update. The row of dots just move at the top of the page but nothing ever comes back.

Anyone else having this issue?

I had a simler problem computer did the update restarted but then just wouldn't load the update so it undue the changes went back to its previous state I tried to rest it using the tool in recovery but then it wouldn't boot..Had to do a clean install using the iso i creating from the build 10240 update but it wouldn't activate.. to get to activate i had to reinstall win 8.1 the do an upgrade from that..
