Insider question - where is the public release?

I remember reading on the roll out blog that the public version would be released on the 29th first to insiders. So this morning (29th unless I'm mistaken) I get up, I switch the computer on (running 10240) and go to update, low and behold it says system is up to date. I assume this is not the public release as Edge is still glitch, mail is lacking features, Cortana is not working (I'm in the UK), the system lags unbelievably, and even after 20 mins the thing is still loading with hard disk usage at 100% (i5 computer 4GB ram so its no slouch).

So where is the public release? I'm truly hoping it fixes a lot of the above problems.

I too am an Insider for Windows 10 program and I've this status of Windows 10 for my laptop(as per the Control Panel).
I also remember reading that the Windows 10 will be rolling out to the Insiders first. :-/ So, How do I know if I'm running original Windows 10 release or Am I still stuck in an Insider build (last time I checked it was Build 10240)? Pls help.
