How do I do a fresh Windows 10 Install Driver Migration?

Fresh Windows 10 Install Driver Migration

If I do a fresh install from a USB for Windows 10, after it's installed, will all the drivers be there from 8.1? Or do I need to manually download ALL the drivers again? This seems like a huge oversight if people want to do a fresh install to not bring over old windows (registry, errors, corrupt, and otherwise) files.

If you do a clean install of Windows and delete the partition, you will lose anything that lived on that hard drive, your documents, music, and yep, your drivers.

When you install Windows 10, any hardware that was registered with Microsoft by the manufacturer will be installed during the Windows install process. The process checks Windows Update, and downloads any necessary drivers. This may not be 100%, but many of your devices should be installed on a typical system during the install process.
