Some default apps cannot be used on lock screen.

A few of the default apps are unable to be added to the lock screen on one of my computers, including calendar and mail. I also can't set calendar as the default calendar app. Otherwise the apps work fine.

I attempted to run WSReset.exe and that didn't seem to help, I then ran the Modern UI troubleshooter and it gave me the following report:
