Windows 10 black screen with cursor when on user screen.... HELP!!
Hi I installed windows 10 last night though after a few minutes my user screen (and my partner's) goes black with only the mouse cursor for company. If I'm on the internet (like now) the screen stays open though my back ground user screen still goes black. If I close the internet down it's still black. The only way I can re open my user screen is to close down the computer and restart it. This will take a couple of minutes and last for approx 2 minutes. I've tried changing all setting of screen to never turn off (just in case) & it hasn't made any difference. FINDING IT VERY ANNOYING & FRUSTRATING!!!!
