Windows 10 mobile problems - Nokia Lumia 1020
After updating my pc to windows 10 I decided to try out the OS for my Lumia too. After I installed it I ran straight into my first problem that my internet no longer works, both WiFi and mobile, in fact, WiFi doesn't even turn on! The next problem I have is that the Here Maps and Drive don't work, I select them and they just kick me back to the home screen. I want to know if anyone else has experienced this or knows anything to fix it, I don't want to factory reset because I have important messages that cannot be lost. Thank you in advance for any help.
