Windows 10 System Repair Disc

I tried to make a repair disc but it only lets you create it to CD/DVD. Anybody else get that? I normally make them on a USB drive.

Edit: My windows 7 laptop is the same. Strange, because I recently made a repair disc to a flash drive on my Windows 8.1 machine.

I created a system repair disc and when I tried to use it to reinstall a system image it came up with a something or other violation and would not work. As it happened I had an earlier image made in acronis which did work with their repair disc and so installed that and updated again

Same here I tried on both usb and blank dvd's and no luck

How did you do this? I'm only getting the USB option, and I don't have a spare USB right now. Don't want to take the time to download the whole ISO
