To upgrade to Windows 8.1 to W10 I am told I need to install KB3035583 but this is installed, what should I do?

to upgrade windows 8.1 to w10 i am told i need to install KB3035583 but this is installed

i have an asus transformer book and have tried everything to find out why i am told that i need KB3035883 when my installation history says it is already
installed. I let you know that I am an 81 year old who grew up with slide rulers and pencil and paper so I may be missing something. Thank you

I just used the media creation tool and updated from there

Funny I just uninstalled that after I accidentally started to dl 10 damn nag screen. Forgot to uncheck it in update center. I won't be upgrading to free until the end of the year. 10 is just not ready for my prime time life just yet. Did you try uninstalling KB3035883 in update center?

yes i did...but still no sign of get windows 10 app

If you uninstalled it, run windows update again and download it again.

I uninstalled it myself and put it in hidden folder as I too am not going to download windows 10 for a while and didn't want the nagging.
