Windows 10 upgrade-- working on it..how can I fix an error?

windows 10 upgrade-- working on it...

how long it takes the process to upgrade the windows 10 from windows 7.
Its been 5 hrs still saying working on it....

It took around two hours for me on windows 8

Did you ever get this to work. Mine stayed on that screen for 14 hrs. before I stopped it.
