Windows 10 sign-in lag

I've just downloaded W10 to my SP3 and noticed that it's not as quick to login as it was in W8.1

The system boots up just fine, it takes about as long as it did in 8.1 so no changes there, but when it comes to putting in my password the system just seems to hang there for 3-4 seconds before accessing windows. In 8.1 the login process was instantaneous.

Has anyone else noticed that the start up/login process isn't a clean as it could be? Is there anything I can do my end to improve it?

I've noticed it's slower on my SP3 as well, not the 3-4 seconds as you but slower enough to notice though.
