Xbox Steaming Wireless to Wired

Hey,

I am having problems setting up Xbox streaming on my desktop. I have successfully set it up on my SP3 though.

Hardware:
Xbox One
Custom Built PC
ASUS 2400 Wireless AC Router

My Xbox is connected wirelessly to the ASUS Router and my desktop is connected through Ethernet to the ASUS Router. Both devices are on the same subnet but when I try to add a device and select my Xbox, it says, "We couldn't connect to your console. Make sure the console is still on and connect to the same network as this device."

Is this a silly limitation of the Xbox app or do I need to change a settings somewhere?
