How can I stop a boot loop during the install of Windows 10?

i can't install windows 10 to my 5-year-old laptop...

rebooted computer then stop boot logo.. there is nothing happened.

i trying two ways: MediaCreationToolx64.exe with USB, windows update. but same situation.

help...

You could try initiation the Windows 10 Update through a third method and see if that works.
If your laptop is five years old, I assume it's running Windows 7. If it is, navigate to the Start Menu and click All Programs. Find Command Prompt (I can't remember exactly where it is in All Programs) and right-click on it. Select "Run as Administrator." Allow it to run then type in "wuauclt.exe/UpdateNow" without the quotation marks. This should force the Windows 10 Update to begin.
NOTE: Before you do this, I advise navigating to your C:\ drive and navigating to this location:
Windows/SoftwareDistribution/Download and deleting everything in that folder (but NOT the folder itself).
