That would be a driver issue. You have to update your drivers. However, that's just a little difficult to do without a keyboard or mouse. You could probably do it with just the keyboard though.
Try plugging in an external keyboard or mouse and navigate to Settings. There's several ways to do it. You can do it through the Start Menu (it's always in the same place), the Action Center (it's a Quick Action), or All Apps. You need to go to Devices and at the bottom of the first two menus there's an additional setting called Device Manger. Go ahead and open that. This will open up a window that shows all your devices. From here you can look for new drivers and install them if need be. Pretty straightforward.
Alternatively, you can press [Win] + [R] to open Run and type "devmgmt.msc" without the quotation marks to open Device Manger.
