Why don't programs run on Windows 10?

programs do not run on windows 10

after upgrading to windows 10 , I have installed some programs but they wont run...
when I click on icon it says .... windows could not find...
like I just installed Ccleaner and it says windows cannot find C:/program files /ccleaner/ccleaner.exe
and I tried running it from above said location but same message is displayed again
