how to make localhost work in windows 10

Localhost is not running correctly in windows 10 how do I fix this or remove winds 10

Its basically port number problem. IIS server using 80 port.

you can change the port number httpd.conf you can change it to 8088

then restart the wamp server, you can access localhost:8088
